How to shrink my jacket?

I have a Nascar jacket but its way to big! Can anyone help?? When i looked at the tag, they said the material was 100%shell and 100%lining and cotton so I don't know what that is. But if anyone can help, thanks alot!

You may be able to wash it in hot water then dry on high heat. I'm not sure of the shell material. I know cotton is easy to shrink. The thing I would be concerned about doing it this way is the lining may shrink smaller than the shell. Michelle

Cotton will shrink in the dryer try that or take it back to the store.
