it's the holy grail of medical research .. the ability to tell the human body to grow new parts.
I don't think any research should be off limits. we have so many unwanted pregnancies, so where's the problem with using embryos??

There are some ethical and moral issues in all frontier research in any field. There are some who say man should not try to play God. But then God won't allow man to play God unless man is ready or is willing to get hurt in the attempt. So, I feel everything comes at the right time and stem cell research too has come at the right time. I am all for it.
I feel you will see the benefits of stem cell research if you the read the book, "Miracle Stem Cell Heart Repair ......" by Christian Wilde. Pl. read my review of that book at:
http://swamyreviews.blogspot.com/2007/01/title-miracle-stem-cell-heart-repair.html
After reading the dramatic improvements in heart health and some other 'incurable' cases, I can't see any one opposing such research and denying the benefits to the people in need.

I am all for Stem Cell research when it has to do with discovering cures for horrible illnesses such as Alzheimers, etc., I do not believe in Stem Cell where it comes to cloning. At least not right now, I just do not see a good reason for Cloning. But using Stem Cells to come up with cures to horrible diseases that ravish people and tear families apart I think is a great thing.

Stem cell research is not my subject, but I would suggest you put your question in the question box rather than saying 'Can u answer me'. You will probably get a lot more answers doing that, because people tend to jump to a question when they see immediately that it is about a subject they are interested in. If the question is too long, you could say 'Stem Cell Research Question.....'.

I agree with it. There are so many children dying of things like cancer, diabetes, MD, etc. Not to mention the countless adults that die every day just because the research hasn't been done, or approved, or whatever the excuses are. We need to make the most of what we have in science today. The good Lord wouldn't have given us the technology to do this type of research if he didn't want us to use it.

Do not try to invent or re-invent the living things.
Let the nature handle it.
