A good retirement, money in the bank, good friends, great wife. Well behaved cat, a computer I built myself, and the tools to write with. A breeze blowing through the window from the fan on, as the sun is rising in the east.
The birds are waking up, and I can smell a fog rolling in.
Not too many pains in my body, the Aleve and Ibuprofin keep most of the arthritis away.
Language books on Russian, Estonian, Polish, German, Chinese, and Spanish on the shelf, while I write my memoirs of my world-spanning adventures in the military.

Being true to yourself and doing what you love. Quite simple really... but very hard to maintain.
