did youevr expierence hat you were so energeic te whole day and you go home very much happy beause someboy mae your day complete but suddenly when you lay down in bed you just wantd to cry and wanted quietness then you'll realized that you el that you were sad...and this is exactly the way i'm eeling right now....sounds so weird atually...

moods change... get dressed take a shower.. you might feelbetter.. also maybe right a journal entry about every emotion your feeling. it helps for me sometimes.

Contrary to the first opinion, You are NOT crazy. You were on a "high personality level" all day, and you crashed. People need a balance of people time and alone time. When they get out of balance, they feel a little weird and just need to re-establish the balance.

Get a good rest and read a book or something, and spend some time at home. After you recharge your batteries, you'll feel better.

I suspect you might want to talk to a psychologist about those mood swings. Sounds like a case of manic depression. This high as it were has to have a low for manic depression. And that's the sad thing about that issue. You have to come down from an emotional high and most of the time for those suffering from manic depression have uneven highs and lows without a middle ground. There are meds for that which might help and make you feel safer.

There is nothing more worse than over reacting to a manic depression attack of some sort., Has caused a lot of pain and suffering to yourself and perhaps others around you.

Why else do you see these nut cases killing innocent people say in schools and public settings? It wasn't because they were mentally fit as a fiddle.

Maybe being distracted with friends and varied occupations throughout the day kept you from realizing that something's been troubling you all along. It's only when we're alone and everything is quiet that we really come to know ourselves. Bl. Mother Theresa of Calcutta, who worked with the most destitute and dying in india, when she came to america she said that this was the poorest place she had ever been. She meant spiritually, and it's because we surround ourselves with so many distractions and idle entertainments that we don't take the time to rest in quiet and solitude and just listen.

Well dont really know ...

But i do believe that some ppl tend to pick some certain emotions from the surrounding enviroment and gets affected by them (Both negative or Positive).

It may happen that something clicked a certain memory or emotion inside your memory at some subconsious level and it may happen that you may not be aware of the process.

Just a thought so :)

that happens to me.. ALOT.. you are so energized.. and so happy and then i know by the end of the day im gonna be balling my eyes out.. i think its because of the rush in horomones.. or something.. and when that stops.. your body doesnt know what to do.. i get that way all the time.. then my parents say im on drugs.. i think because the anxiety level goes up.. but if my answer isnt good enough and u find somebody who explained right.. let me kno cuz i get the same way!!

It's called anxiety attack. That's good if you feel somebody is making your day complete. You breakdown in tears because there is something that is causing your sadness. Whatever it is, leave it behind, be strong and think that it's okay to feel that people are causing to make you happy/day complete, but remember you are the doer of your actions, no one should affect you but yourself.
