We have spoken to a dr for the time to best try and the risks of trying, but not about what position if any had the best results

You need to hurry, since you aren't getting any younger and go to the bookstore and get a book on All Natural Birth Control. It will tell you and your wife how to figure out what the exact time is to try and conceive a child.it will also tell you some techniques for proper positioning, I would think. But, if not.... your wife could stand on her head or keep her pelvis raised up quite a bit, right after sex. Good Luck and Have fun trying!!!!!
