i am trying to use magic partition to resize one of my partitions
my qustion is : can i use it to resize the system partition increasing or decresing it
wont that affect windows?

Yes you can resize your system partition in either direction and it should not affect Windows but you may want to save your important data first, nothing is fool proof. I have done this myself many times and have never had a problem with Partition Magic.

Yes, you can use it to resize your siystem partition and it will not affect windows. It works by looking at the free space in the partitions, and moving the files (clusters) to that free portion from the part which is being added or removed from that partition. It doesn't play around with system files and doesn't move any of data to any other partition, if it is a part of space you are removing from that partition.
