All I can remember is the video, which was black and white with a guy on a bike cycling through streets which looked like new york, not sure if he was a courier delivering a package.

It was defo in New york, was on MTV about a year ago and was a bloke, being a bike courier, black and white video.

FEAR by Ian Brown had him cycling through the West End of London on one of the tricked up chopper pedal bike, although the film is played backwards.

The only one i know like that is F.E.A.R. by Ian Brown. It's a top song but it's london he's peddling through not new york.
