I'm sure it won't cause any harm to the woman. YES you can contract HIV/AIDS from breastmilk, this is 100% true. You should definitely be dealing with a doctor for your concerns, so he can inform you and your partner about safe breastfeeding practices.

There is no harm to the woman. If you do it a lot, you could increase her supply (since breastfeeding works on supply and demand).
But yes, HIV/AIDS is transmittable through breastmilk.

No But please specify whetrer you are talking about a baby or yourself AIDS is contracted due to Unsafe sex, Blood tranfussion from an infected person, Sharing needles etc with an infected person,New born if her mother is infected.
