There is no harm to the woman. If you do it a lot, you could increase her supply (since breastfeeding works on supply and demand).

No But please specify whetrer you are talking about a baby or yourself AIDS is contracted due to Unsafe sex, Blood tranfussion from an infected person, Sharing needles etc with an infected person,New born if her mother is infected.
