That's easy. Just tell him that you will pay him a salary to have lots of naps, catch bugs, lick himself and dig in the litterbox. Then every day go over what he did that day and give him a checkmark each time he has done his duties. Put 25 cents in his piggybank and tell him he's a good boy. A year later you will have to give him two weeks vacation. Take the money from the piggybank and buy him a big tub of catnip and some toy mice. Good cat!
