There is no 'URL number' as far as I know, do you mean IP or ISP? (Internet Provider/Internet Service Provider) DNS value?

Go to Start -> Run -> type cmd

You'll be on a black screen, type IPCONFIG

or IPCONFIG /all (include the space)

URL's are not numbers... http:// or www.
