I just recently uninstalled norton internet security, and installed kaspersky, and zonealrm. Problem is one of these programs keeps blocking all my downloads, well not all of them. Everytime I try to download from megaupload, sexuploader, (it's the same thing as megaupload) gigasize, and rapidshare, my downloads always pause. Even today when I tried updating yahoo anti-spy, it also paused, but when I disabled both software the downloads work perfectly. With kaspersky I disabled both the web anti-virus and proactive defense, but my downloads still pause. So it has to be zonealarm, can someone help me on this?

You can't have 2 anti-virus programs installed on the same computer. Please uninstall Kaspersky or Zone Alarm. Keep only one of it! And about your downloads... Right click on Zone Alarm icon - Restore Zone Alarm Security Center - Program Control and switch it to Auto.

It sounds like you need to reconfigure Zonealarm to let you upload and download the programs
