You can not love somone that you do not know! Get to know her. If she has feelings for you, you will find out soon enough. Unfortunately, people throw that LOVE word around way too much!!
Take an interest in her likes and dislikes. Disuss how you feel about things. Take your time. You are not on a time clock.

if u really like her....got sum interest to be close with her...thn try 2 knw more about her...u too try 2 showcase ur own nature ...so may b the probability increases.But thn u r like...she too likes u....so i think that wont b a big deal for u both 2 becum gud frnds...Just spend sum time togethr.....n i think u can sort out ur problem
