The Caspian Sea is the largest lake on Earth by area[2], with a surface area of 371,000 square kilometres (143,244 mi²) and a volume of 78,200 cubic kilometres (18,761 mi³).[3] It is a landlocked endorheic body of water and lies between Russia and Iran. It has a maximum depth of about 1025 meters (3,363 ft). It is called a sea because when the Romans first arrived there, they tasted the water and found it to be salty.[4] It has a salinity of approximately 1.2%, about a third the salinity of most water from the ocean.

The Caspian Sea is actually a lake, the world's largest lake. The Red Sea is not inland, as it has an outlet into the Indian Ocean. The Dead Sea is smaller.

The largest truly inland body of water in the world, the Caspian Sea is bordered on the west by Azerbaijan and Russia, on the northeast and east by Kazakhstan, on the east by Turkmenistan, and on the south by Iran. It extends about 1210 km (about 750 mi) in a northern and southern direction and about 210 to 436 km (about 130 to 271 mi) in an eastern and western direction.
You mentioned the Red Sea, however this is not land locked. If you are including the Red Sea as an inland sea then the Mediterranean is the largest inland sea. Mediterranean Sea [Lat.,=in the midst of lands], the world's largest inland sea, c.965,000 sq mi (2,499,350 sq km), surrounded by Europe, Asia, and Africa.

To answer, I'll follow this rule:
Sea is
a division of an ocean or a large body of salt water partially enclosed by land
Lake:
Caspian sea
Dead Sea
Aral Sea
Sea:
Red sea
Mediterranean sea
Black Sea
Considering as a lake, Caspian is bigger....
But as your question is Sea, and you give only 3 possible answers, I'll say
Red Sea

The Red Sea is easily the largest of the three that you mentioned, with a surface area of ~450,000 km2. However, the Red Sea is an inlet of the Indian Ocean and is not landlocked.
In terms of the other two you mentioned, the Caspian Sea has the greater surface area of ~371,000 km2, as opposed to the Dead Sea with a surface area of ~810 km2.

As you see, it's the Caspian. But it's shrinking so fast that in a few years it will not even be a puddle. Shame on them for such neglect.
