No, you can't. 80 minutes (700MB) is the physical maximum of CD media. For larger sizes, you need DVD, HD-DVD or Blu-Ray discs.

The 80 minute limit is due to the size of the disk and how the data is placed on it. MP3 songs are between 3 and 5 MB each, when converted to WMA or CCD then the file size increases, you can "squeeze" more songs onto the CD by decreasing the bitrate of the song but you will lose audio quality.
