In the history of the civilized world, there have been extremely few cultures in which the women had more than one husband. Probably because males have always protected the women and children and have done so out of respect to their culture. If they could pass off the woman and kids to some other schmuck, a normal man would. So, you are probably lucky to have one man that will put up with you; and that you can eventually divorce and take advantage of financially and emotionally.

It is possible. It's called polyandry. It has happened in places like Tibet but egad what woman would want to be married to more than one man? Especially if marriage includes bearing and raising his children, cooking for him. cleaning up after him, making his medical and dental appointments, sending Christmas cards to his relatives. Doing that for one man is plenty. In fact there is a lot to be said for sharing one husband among several women so they can share all the work he creates.

In the event you become pregnant, who would be responsible for the child? Would the three of you sleep together and they could take turns or would you select who you would go to be with at the end of the day? I don't think any two men would put up with it.

There's enough complications in one marriage. I don't know about you but I don't think I'd want that doubled.
