<>OK, you have to know that pi=3.14159. Then, substitute every thing you know into your equation:
120=2*3.14159*r and multiply on the right
120=6.28318r and divide both sides by the the 6.28318
r= 19.09860 which rounds off to 19.1

simple
r = C/2(pi)
the value of pi = 3.14 or 22/7 or 355/115

calculate and u get the answer r = 19.08
rounding off to 1 decimal place the answer is 19.1!

If C is both 120 and 2(pi)r, then 120 = 2 x pi x r
or 120/(2 x pi) = r

ehhh, u just transform the equation to r = C/2Pi

r = C/2Pi = 120/(2*3.1415) = 19.098

and round r up to one digit after the comma, what results in 19.1 like ur answer claims.
