Do you realize that almost all busses have this insect (cockroaches) accompanying you in the bus???
I’ve tried many different bus company but the result it the SAME. None of them bother about the cleanliness of the bus.
Below are some of my personal experience.. just SOME….
Bus operator 1 - there’s a passenger complain to the ticketing guy who come up collect the ticket and checking all passenger on board. She raise her concern but the fellow say or do nothing just have a look at it that all. Frustrated, she said this will be her last time on this bus and the fellow answer “up to you la” and walk off without getting rid of those insect. (there’s not just one but many of it crawling on your seat, near the windows, floor, ohh…. It so disgusting man…)
Have you ever personally encounter those situations before???
Who should I complain to that can really solve this matter??? I have a name list of bus operator with me.

Now different bus operator 2 - at the counter booth I’ve ask the lady for a cleaner bus. She asked why and I said that there’s insect in the bus and I did not mention about the cockroaches. Guess what… she laughing and said did you mean cockroaches??? Gosh… she knew about it… but did nothing.
Another different bus operator 3 – I complain to the driver there’s cockroaches and he blame it on the passenger who bought food in the bus and dirty the place and did not bother to get rid of it and walk off.

You mean VIP couch is those buses with single seat and about less than 30 seats in a bus??? If yes, that is the bus I'm talking about.

Its been a long time since i last took those vip coaches. I have experienced it too and i will never take no for an answer. Either they remove the bug on the spot in front of me or they have to bear my screamings through out the journey. By the way u can lodge a complain online. Go to domestic and consumer affair malaysia website. Once u are in the website, double click on 'ADUAN'. There will be a pop up box prompting u to submit a complain. Keep your bus ticket and note down the bus plate number.

oh i have never come across this..this is news to me...i do see people bringing food into the bus, but i feel its the duty of the bus company to make sure the buses are clean. Maybe you can send in your comments to the Malay Mail.

yes, totally agree with u. thats the main reason why msians like drive on their own. and thats the main reason why kl is heavy traffic.
one cause leads to another.
in msia culture, the complaints will NEVER REACH to the top. i urge u to hand your complain letter to the boss personally. i can offer u, my signature as a support. and i beg for all msian members here to offer their signatures too. we can make msia a better place, if we just try together.

try vip couch, it will be much better. i usually travel vip couch unless i had no choice
