control+shift+c then type:
motherlode (money goes up 50000)
maxMotives(fills up your hunger,bladder levels e.t.c)
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true(extra options if you press shift before clicking on something)

Press control, shift and c to bring down the console and type in motherlode to get a cash boost (50,000) also some of the cheats from the sims work too like move_objects on
If you go to the official Sims site you can download a "rejuvenator" and this puts all your needs to their maximum green and pputs your mood bar to platinum.
Try Game Spot for cheats although you have to play around with the spacing etc on some
