Short and sweet every time. But not too short so you have no clue what the question is.

If its monotonous, then a long question is, by definition, boring. But not all long questions are monotonous. I prefer those with some substance/detail, so that there is really something to answer.

It would heavily depend on my mood at that time. If I'm happy, I'd read through the heavy text. If I'm not, I'd simply skip.
But I guess I prefer a long one because then I have more things to read XD

depends. if they keep adding a bunch of useless info into the question, i'll probably skip it, but if it sounds like a genuine question then i really don't mind it- short and sweet questions are great too, but harder to get best answers because there aren't that many different answers you can put. ♥

It depends. A man just wrote a long question about how to help his wife cope after their baby died. That's fine. I would read a page of someone who really needed advice. I just can't be asked to sit and read a quesion about someone moaning about the queen, or advice about how to create an avatar. That's ridiculous. If you can find your answer on the net, then you shouldn't be here. Just my opinon.
