Hi Brandon!

You can see the Milky Way from any latitude.

From any place on earth, you can see parts of it most any night, except in spring.

In both Northern Hemisphere spring and Southern Hemisphere spring, if you're observing from that respective hemisphere, the Milky Way will lie invisible in the ground haze around the horizon during spring evenings. At other seasons, you can see it every evening.

The best months are in Northern late summer and Southern winter. You can see it easily this evening in the Southern Hemisphere. In the Northern, go out when it gets completely dark, and before midnight (Daylight Time) you'll see it hanging in an arc over the western sky.

ok without going into a lengthy detailed description ill tell you the easiest way to see the milkyway. look for the constellation scorpio. you cant miss it it looks just like a scorpian. right next to scorpio is saggittarius. directly between these two constellations is the center of the milkyway. the best thing to do is to go to the darkest spot you can find. trust me, if you see the milkyway in a really dark spot it will blow your mind. it is so beautiful. the best time to veiw it is durring summer. if you are on the equator then look slightly south of straight up!!!! good luck!!!!!!!
