Dogs chase cats because cats hates dogs. Dogs chase cats for fun and hunting instinct. Cats run from dogs because dogs have bigger fangs. Lions will kill and eat dogs :p

Hi,
You are right that loin is the king of jungle. But the Dogs are police force of the jungle. and Cats are naughty . The Dogs chase the cats to maintain the law and order of jungle.

In my opinion....dogs chase cats because they run from them.
Cats runs from dogs because the dogs bark and the cats think 'here comes that crazy loud dog who is going to try and smell mt butt'.
