Was Queen Cleopatra's arrival in Imperial Rome, documented, and do these writings survive somewhere, to be read in english today??? Where could i find and read these translated accounts of what must have been a spectacular entrance???

You can read about Caesar, Mark Antony and Cleopatra in Plutarch's writings (see link 1); the Histories of Appian (see link 2) and the Roman Histories of Cassius Dio (see link 3).

Beware though, there is very little in here regarding Cleopatra.

I don't know of any Egyptian texts that deal specifically with anything other than her genealogy (thats not to say they don't exist though).
