I have heard that if you protest, you can get your points back. I have never bothered but you could try it....and as for the secret book,it's written on toilet paper and you know what we do with that?!!! :o)

I'm not even sure that anyone is employed to oversee violation reports giving the amount of traffic on answers. I think that someone would have to receive quite a few violation's before it's even flagged to an actual real employee of yahoo. There may well be a tool or program that just dishes them out when someone reports you hence why they sometimes make no sense at all! There may be a keyword program as well!

(I bet I get a violation for this answer!!)

:o)

My goodness, I think we need to start to write in code, because all the time we get violated for asking simple questions that are not rude or offensive, some of the things I have been violated for are unbelievable, I wonder who makes up the rules, because you just can't win.

Shush! its a secret, I have the book here in my hand, I'll look if you like, Oh! it's full of blank pages, that means------there are no guidelines, it must be the computer doing it at random, (bet I get one for this!)

They make it up as they go along...plus you have the usual bunch of cretins who spend all day thumbs downing and reporting.
