Haven't exactly heard of that sort of thing--- kissing..... unless its for humor.
Not to break your bubble or anything, but I think that Naruto is a bit too dense for that---- but you probably might have to wait and see.
Another thing, if you are truly a believer in narutoxhinata, then read some fanfiction or make your own and join a website.

Joana, the link below is where I go to when I want info on the latest about Naruto. I don't know about the kiss. I'm betting that it hasn't happened yet because Hinata is so shy and Naruto is just so block-headed.
