It is ever too late to be what you might have been?
I think so.
I might have been a scientist I instead chose to join the military to fight terrorism.
I was told the guys in the field i wanted to work in do their best work age 20-28, during grad school.
Retired from the military, I am now in my mid 40's.
I tried college, studied for 5 years there. In the end, the chair forced me to leave the department, because I had trouble concentrating, and trouble with tests. My brain is too foggy for various reasons related to military service.
So, I decided to become a writer. Again, many years late. I might be a writer, though, but no longer a scientist.
Strike while the iron is hot. I am not sorry I chose what I chose, but I am sure my life would have turned out very differently.
A good question. I think about this often, but I have no regrets, it's a journey, not a goal.
Good luck.

Yes, for many things. For example, certain careers cannot be
entered after a set age. (example: you won't find any college accepting a medical student at the age of 60). Vocal cords decline with age -- so if you had a great singing voice at the age of 25, it may be gone at 55. Dancing and Sports? Only the young, for the most part, excel at these. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't learn all you can about whatever interests you, at any age.

Its too late in this life for me to be a high school athlete or a Boy Scout, so to answer your question, I'd have to say yes.

In these times ,and day in age, there are boys becoming girls, girls becoming boys. I think anything is possible. If you still have a dream to follow...follow it. Only people that are afraid to live, because it certainly can be harder than leaving before they are suppose too. Do not continue to their dreams or goals. But I think, since you asked that very personal question that without your realizing it, you already are what you might have been.

Yes. If you think so...there is a theory that all possibilities exist
and are created by actions and thoughts.
None are impossible...again NONE ARE IMPOSSIBLE...
... until you edit by eliminating them absent action or thought.
Every human is thus a creator, a god...not LIKE a god...they are each a great and limitless god of infinite and eternal powers.

It is never to late, as long as you are willing to reach for your dreams! How do you know what you might have been? Maybe you are destined to be who you are!
