Listen, to all you people who are telling me to read the bible, I've already read it. I believe it. I am talking hypothetically here. Just because you believe something doesn't mean you're barred from considering other possibilities to pass the time.

yeah... It's almost a given at this point. My dad was telling me about the Mayan long count calendar. According to that calendar, the world is scheduled to end in on December 21, 2012. They checked out and disappeared long before that was supposed to happen.. and if we look around at where the world is going which is down the drain.. I say party like it's the apocolypse. :)

I think due to global warming all the Ice frm Antarctica and Himalayas will melt and it will cover up all the land area and the Earth will submerge under water.
Else it can end by a Huge Asteroid Collision.
And a Huge Blast and everything will disappear.

According to the science wallahs, it's a long way off. I imagine in the aeons of time we have left (well not me exactly), we would have figured out a way to prevent the Sun going nova or skedaddled to a friendlier environment.
Interesting about this asteroid that's got our name on it and the various scenarios worked out how to deal with it.

Of course.
At a certain point, the sun will get even hotter and expand, swallowing up the earth as it does. This is before it becomes a Nova explodes and becomes black hole or white dwarf.
They are estimating it is several billion years before that happens

yeah-in the far far future our sun will eventually explode leaving a black hole but in the not so distant future yes i believe the world will end for the human race and we will become extinct like the dinosaurs before us and nature will recover before some other type of animal/reptile becomes the dominant species! xx

the world will end when our sun finally gives out, in about 10 billion years. Our "way of life" however, I think it'll end when the myan calander does, but I don't know how it will.

Sadly by a bio terror or nuclear combination attack. But HOPEFULLY humanity will find a way to live beyond earth before that occurs. (( wishful thinking ))
