Unfortunately, reading about how to do the excersizes isn't as effective as having someone show you. I was fortunate enough to have a mentor that happened to develop naturally. My wife is now very happy with the result. This is a touchy subject for most guys, but I can tell you it does work with patience. If interested, drop me a line, I'll be honest. As to the excersizes, they are pretty much the same with a few variations here and there. The key is in the technique and before and after.

I'm not sure if you are serious, but you don't have to pay to use this website. Any "stretching" to increase your size has been done by you for many years I am sure. Apparently to no avail. If you are serious, don't worry about size. It is true that imaginative foreplay and technique is more important where women/girls are concerned.
