tensed: the first time i talked on the phone with you (we had been communicating over the net for months before, but we had never actually heard one another's voice!). i was so nervous about if you'd be able to understand my accent, if i would be able to keep up with urs, if the connection would be clean enough to hear (which it wasn't), and things like that.

worried: when my mother told me she was thinking about leaving my father and that i would have to choose where i preferred to live (Rhodes with her or Kalymnos with him). i love both my parents very much, but it shames me to admit that my dillema was elsewhere. i wanted to stay in kalymnos because all my friends were there and i am not the kind of person who makes friends easily. but also, i would have rather lived with my mother because she is more open minded and understands me a whole lot more than my father does. we communicate on a whole different level...plus if i stayed with dad "I" would be the woman of the house and would have to cook and clean and stuff, whereas if i stayed with Mom SHE would have all those responsibilities. that got me not only worried, but extremely STRESSED!!

embarassed: when i was elected school president and was called up to speak in front of the entire parents, teachers and students board for the first time. i'm not much of a public speaker when everyone knows me and my whole family and is just WAITING for me to mess up. if i didnt know any of them, or even if i were speaking on television in front of the entire nation, i wouldnt have minded so much, but just the thought that if ONE tiny thing goes wrong everyone will remember me as "the girl who did that" or "president mess-up" or things like that.... well.. good thing i'm over that fear now, coz i got a LOT of public speaking to do, especially what with the end-of-year school excersion coming up (which i have to organize and prepare)!!!
