He might have a couple more rings especially during his first retirement announcement. But it is hard to say if he will have more. It all depends on the core unit sticking together throughout those periods and I pretty much doubt they will have so many championships. Also the wear and tear will definitely hurt as he gets older.

Remember that the Bulls had lost some of their bench when Jordan retired, Scottie Pippen was unhappy for being #2, and that the Houston Rockets were a strong, big man team, Chicago's biggest weakness. I would say, that the salary cap would have pushed players away from the bulls also. I would still maybe give them one more ring, if you don't factor in internal problems. I dont think he would have broken KAJ record cause more and more teams would double, or zone him.

OH, I have always imagined this, surely would have lost the 1994-95 finals to houston
went back in 1995 to lose to orlando in the finals conferance, go back and win the 3 titels in arow, in the shorten season, he ould have won it, all the way, then, in 2000 will start the fight with kobe and shaq!
they would have gone both la and chicago 3 times to the finals, and split them in between, return to deafat the spurs yet again in 2003, beat the pistons, and then the la again! and retire at 42 with 9 rings, 15 scoring titel, and with 7 mvps, 5 mvps all star 12 finals mvp, became only the second person to win finals mvp while lossing the finals!
end up his career with 40.000 points!
and yes, the spurs would have won it only once!
he!
dreams dreams!

Well, in my opinion, the Bulls would have broken down....Pippin was gettin unhappy and Jordon probably wouldn't have won another championship ring....However there is still a chance he would have broken Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's record since this is Michael Jordon....Other than that...he probably wouln't have done much more than rack up more numbers....

They probably could have won at least one more championship.
I think he could have definitely broken the scoring record.
While you're at it, why don't you check out Ted Williams' career. This is a much better example of 'what could have been'.
I will also add that The Splendid Splinter was more proud of his military service than anything he did on the field or with a fly-caster.
Remember, he was only 23 just prior to his initial military service. He was absolutely in his prime when service called.
Ted never looked back with remorse.

If MJ never retired, he would of had more or at least the same amount of rings as Russell, and he would of SHATTERED Kareem's record by far.

Age wouldn't be on his side, bad knees and all. Maybe average 15-16 points a game, but not much more than that
