You say it won't start and talk about having spark, then you say it won't turn. What do you mean?

Does it crank over or not? Or does it do nothing?

Check the battery, when you turn the key. you should have about 12 volts. If you don't the battery is low.

If when you turn the key, you do have 12 volts, you should hear the whir whir whir grinding noise, of the engine cranking.

If all you have is a click click it is either low battery, or bad starter motor. (we had one replaced last week)

Oil likely won't be any part of the problem.
Cooling should not be necessary, if you have full coolant.

If plugs have spark, you already have air from the air, then it might lie in the fuel system, because all you need is spark, fuel and air.

If your tank has gas in it, then you might have a bad fuel pump, or in recent cars like yours check your manual for the fuel cut off switch.

Usually located in the back trunk or on the dashboard below panels, near the feet, passenger side. This switch is activated in a crash to cut off fuel from the tank so that you can't start your car and blow yourself up if fuel has sprayed on the engine. Sometimes it activates by a simple bump, like hitting the curb (this has happened to us on our old ford escort. we hit a pothole, the engine died. Had it towed, it was a .50 cent fix, pushing this little button we had no idea existed, the fuel cutoff switch.

If it WAS running, then died, while running, might be a simple little problem like a clogged fuel line filter, but you say you checked that.

Last week, our van had virtually the same problem, we changed the spark plug wires, they were shorting off the engine block. It started right up.

You might want to get a Chilton's manual, and ask for help from family mechanics, father, brothers, whatever. Taking it to a shop will cost you around 70.00 an hour labor and upwards of 50.00 for towing, before work is even started.

A starter motor will run you up to around 120.00 for the parts, but you'll typically need a lift to do it.

Another thing you might do, is try to find a plymouth voyager forums, and ask the same question, that way you got 50 people with voyagers answering you, virtually real time, in a forum format, not single question like this, good luck.

Chrysler Corp at one time, and nonetheless does, use a ability resister to limite voltage to the coil packs, or maybe washer motor, altornator, and cooling followers. those resisters will fail thoroughly with out be conscious, or earlier issues. they're basic to alter and fee basically a pair of dollars. factor in many cases is, after each and every factor else has been replaced, and you have payed out plenty o money, straight away, some one on the storage will unexpectedly keep in mind that resister, substitute it, and all is definitely lower back. The resesters in many cases are white in colour, produced from ceramic, using fact they do get extremely warm and appear like a rectangular sq. form of.
