Almost everything ! lots of basic industries still to be developed in the island , and despite many people thoughs , Cuba is a third world country in this century!! and cuban population don´t deserve this gang of mobs any longer!!, beautiful question anyway!!

I really don't think you will see much of a change.

I spend a couple of months in Cuba over the winter and it's a really nice place to vacation. Great people.
