my boyfriends penis has like 2 white patches on the shaft on the underside ... is this normal? i only notice it when i go down on him.. the rest of the time i don`t know if it`s there ..

I would recommend you asking him whether he knows about it...

Or if you could give better description of the patches...

Perhaps it is best to ask him to see a doctor
