Or, does alcohol simply release "the truth that is inside us all"?

Case in point, the attack in a Seattle Washington convenience store where the woman buying beer loses it and calls the store owner (a naturalized American citizen from Yemen) "un-American" and other unmentionable racial slurs.

Amazingly, her attorney says he has "no reason to believe the woman is a racist".
The Defense Attorney for the man says this "was not a hate crime".
Have you ever noticed how Defense Attorney's always try and whitewash the truth just to get a lesser sentence for the client?

Being intoxicated or high on drugs is no excuse for any racial slurs or hate crimes. Yes it usually the truth of what someone thinks that when not high or full of alcohol they perhaps can bite their tongue's Still No Excuse

There is no excuses for racial slurs ever I think though when people are drunk they speak the truth more than when they are sober about things especially racist slurs because if they where sober they would not be game to say the thinks they do, so yes alcohol loosens the tongue.

The alcohol only allowed her to get bold enough to say what was really on her mind. Alcohol is never an excuse for the use racial slurs or hate crimes.
