Marking stressed and unstressed syllables?

Can some one help get me started on this i have to mark the whole poem ..nothing in heaven functions as it ought, by kennedy, i need a start, plz

That has the "dee-dah" rhythm of iambic tetrameter and trimeter. you may illustrate the stresses by ability of capitalizing them. i wish to work out it LAP the MILES and LICK the VALLeys UP.
