get rid of Matthews jr, drop him and pick up the best releiver available in your league. Try to trade anyone on your bench for a quality releiver. Relief pitching is all you need other than that you should do well in your league.

I really think you need better closers, they have a three fold effect with ERA, WHIP and Saves. I think your outfield is good but your other position players are weaker.

I would look to trade Carl Crawford as they say he will not run as much this year for a better Utility hitter and or closer.

solid team overall, greg maddux should not be on the bench unless he switched to being a fielder without a public announcement
