The whole damned thing would go to hell in a handbag !!
Because no one would be tending the freaking store !!!
They'd all be out washing little beggar hinneys and talking until hell froze about the marvels of Love !!!
The Business of leading great nations is far more an administrative thing than a philosophy on life and that's why there are administrators and the people who take care of little beggar kids ---- people who have to deal with the rabid apes of war and people who are free to wander around in bedsheets talking about peace !!!!

In a perfect world --we could all be Saints and live in love and wallow around in the warm and fuzzies ----But---- in this mean time (and I do mean MEAN time) it's good that people like that are around to keep at least some focus on the prize--- but-- I'm telling you here friend--- I don't want them making decisions for ME in the current madness !! Because the world Damned sure ain't perfect !!!!!

All are great nations. It will be very good and very interesting. Then there will be no competition at all. We should have the competition in technical and economical growth.

The question which u asked is that if leaders of great nations have the mind of Mother Therasa and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi, not only the leaders but also the people should have that thoughts.

Only the thoughts is not enough, they have to do it practically.

First let them take care of their own family without cheating the society by thoughts and money.

Then there will be no divorce cases at all, if they do, there is no requirement of civil, criminal, and family court.

Effects of Mother Theresa would be more and more missionaries will enter the countries and definitely they will try to help the under privileged peoples. Over a period of time they will start their their real work. That is converting those people to Christianity.

Effects of Mahatma Gandhi would be ..... there will be increase in number of Nehru's as a result there will be more and more import of terrorists from neighbouring terrorist harbouring countries and give them all support in terms of ... everything. After all they want prove them self "tolerant and peace loving people" it doesn't matter all those imported terrorists blow trains.

Also they will identify more and more so called minorities dominated states and give them special status (like J&K) and additions funds allocation for their betterment.... It doesn't matter all our farmers end up their life by commiting sucide due their inability to pay their loans which they took from banks, money lenders hoping that in the coming year their will be enough rain as a result they will be in better position altleast! But as usal the old story repeats they have no choice but to give their life.

I think it was enough we had only ONE Gandhi & Neharu. Atleast today's India does not need another Gandhi or Jawaharlal.

I know my this answer will be counted in negative ratings. But truth always remains TRUTH and one has to acknoweldge it tomorrow if not today.

Then the leaders of great nations would be racist, religious zealots. Some would force people to suffer in order to bring them closer to their god. They would tell the world that they were charitable philanthropists but behind closed doors they would provide poor health care. They would spend the funds granted to them not on improving conditions for the sick that they promised to care for, but on proselytizing and missionary work around the world. They would negotiate dubious terms with dictators, and they would forcefully convert the dieing and sick. They would painstakingly accept only perfect pacifism, even in the face of monstrous fascism. They would advocate suicide over even defensive positions. They would undermine the rights of those who didn't share their own particular religious and spiritual views, all while preaching the golden rule. And, they would have a certain taste for young girls.

Not everyone is perfect. We're all human. Even those people we make role models and heroes out of. Gandhi and Mother Theresa both had serious short-comings, I could conceive of much better minds to rule.

It would be great, the combination is also wonderful. Mother theresa for her soothing and healing touch and mahatma gandhi for his principles of non violence, even against tough and strong conquerors he was able to wrench freedom and independence to India.
But alas ! all this would be just dream, today we have leaders who do not have even 10% of the qualities possessed either by mother theresa or mahatma gandhi, in combination with 90% criminal and poliltical minds.

Of course, I think the leaders of the great nations will definitely assist our world to be near a perfect one like an ideal Utopia. Moreover, there should be no or less wars and no terrorism anywhere in the world. All countries in our world would work together for the peaceful, prosperous and hunger-free community.

there would be no more great nations. if any nation took on the role of MT or Ghandi, they would be conquered in an instant, especially if another nation without the characteristics of good wanted something they have. I know it is sad to say, but i read that in order for nature to advance itself, violence is neccessary. all great nations to my understanding were founded on the battle grounds, taking another "weaker" nation over.

nature is the same way: the darwin theory, lions fight over territory all the time, whales, dolphins, etc.

It will be devastating if some leaders be with mind of Mother Teresa and thoughts of Gandhiji since present day world scenario demands more shrewdness and crookedness in leaders. If leaders of all countries, irrespective of its greatness be so, the world can be renamed as heaven.

He became touching on the opposed and illiberal attitudes that maximum of Christians seem to have. yet there are adequate distinctive costs from Jesus interior the bible to justify despite concepts-set which you extremely want to have. you will possibly have concept that a divine messiah might have been able to get a clean concise message for the time of, extremely than the hodgepodge of conflicting sound-bites that we've. Mother Teresa has become a symbol of peace, love and kindness for the poor, weak, and needy people. She was an angel who came to this earth, taught people a lesson of kindness and left us. She truly was a great lady.

Gandhi was a dubious character; his thoughts and philosophies were actually very philosophical and not practical. He was a player of words and did not really do what he used to preach!!!??? Certainly not HIM!!! He was one of the reasons for India-Pakistan divide; Late independence of India from Britishers; and getting many Indians killed unnecessarily.

No Gandhi please in Modern World.
