First of all get it diagnosed by a GP the reason for the sound. You might be having calcium deficiency or you have developed osteoarthritis etc.In such cases you will be needing medicines rather than a massage.Once these things are ruled out than your GP might advice you to take the help of the Chiropractor or an orthopedician.

Visit a podiatrist (foot doctor). I know this sound strange but my hips clicks too. Its because one leg is longer than the other, which puts my hips out of alignment. I got fitted with a shoe implant that made my legs and hips aligned. You may want to see a chiropractor as well as you could have scoliosis which is a curveture of the spine this is why my hips and legs out not even. Good luck.
