My brother's car a/c wont stop *URGENT*?

my brothers a/c wont stop blowing cold air from under the hood, how can i stop it?
it started when we were driving in deep, deep water.

The problem would have been in the realy....Once u cut off the A/c the relay would cut the power supply...but in case there is a short in the relay, your A/C could still be on with the car engine off.....To find the relay, open the car and near the battery find a socket ( relay )...disconnect it manually and call a mechanic to rectify the mistake....detach it otherwise it will drain out ur car battery

check tha settings on tha dash or disconnect it then see your mecanic
