I'm tempted to go with Feb. 29th, but that day pops up every now and then. And my first reaction was to say yeah, the unbirthday, but someone beat me to it. So, sadly and uncreatively, my answer is no.

everyday a mother give birth, so everyday there ARE BABIES born. So everyday someone celebrates his/her birthday
