As sunshine says be a good speaker, there can be other attributes on which you can work on.. 1.Polish your PR skills e.g.U should be the first one to wish pple, remember the important dates in their lives, respect them sincerely especially those whom you know are more knowledgeable.Acknowledge their assets and complement them.They are the pple who would be your props in difficult times.Everyone loves complements..
You should be the last person to Complain Criticise or Condemn.
2. Be Well dressed..ALWAYS. Believe me it makes a difference.
3.Be nice to pple who dont matter too.
Last but not the least...
4.Hve excellent relationships with all you bosses!! :)
