I believe that is the number of brain cells it kills in the morons who smoke it and drive and run over people... then tell you "sorry dude, it's not that I hate your grandma, I was high."

How am I supposed to know that! I smoke way to much weed to remember. All I know is that in my town the cops call it a 10-74 when they catch me with all those kilos in my trunk. LOL
