Th crime does not even have to be an actual crime, just a percieved one, and it does not even have to be in your country. I mean hey they have done it for more than 5 years now. Locking up "terrorists" (meaning any body of islamic faith who doesnt like Goergie Porgie). In G.T Bay.

If you do something that is wrong, at least its wrong to the public, then yea you should, depending on the crime, go to jail that day or night and then go before a judge and let him decided how bad the wrong act was and if you should or shouldn't do jail time. Now days if the crime is not that bad the judge will make you do community service as the punishment instead of going to jail.

This is just the beginning of getting Americans used to the fact that the government and/or police can lock you up with no justification. Obviously they don't care how they imprint this on our brains.

When Islamic terrorists are a threat to this nation, it doesn't matter who the President is. And if locking them up keeps people from becoming victims of terrorists, then I say lock them up, and throw away the key. OR.... line them up on a wall, and utilize some ammunition.

And my advice to Islam is.........don't start wars, and you won't get wars.

america is not a communist country so no,they shouldn't lock anyone up without proper justice and court. that's one of the main reasons they made the supreme court;so everyone has an equal chance of being free.
