the key word is multi-disciplinary......this suggests that a TA working in this sort of role would need to have excellent communication and organisation skills. the m-d team just means members of different levels - TA's, teachers, heads, governors and also the external agencies that schools invite in to observe and assist in developing programmes for individual pupils.
Basically, it means you need to be a very good listener, able to suggest your own ideas confidently and be a fantastic representative of the school even if it was the queen you were talking to!!!!! Oh, and don't forget every TA's most important point......they sweep the floor behind them as they go!!!!!

Hi, a teaching assistant helps with the children who are slower than some of the others, also they do most of the donkey work fot the main teachers, but it can also be very rewarding when one of the slower pupils achieves something
