heck yea, for all the things he's done to me, he deserves it. But I am the better person. While giving him a good right hook to the face would make me feel a lot better, it wouldn't solve anything and it'll just open up another can of worms. What's done is done and dwelling on that painful past isn't getting anyone anywhere. Maturity sucks sometimes... Plus I figure, he'll get what he deserves one day. Karma, what goes around comes around.

Sometimes it's the only way to feel there's closure after a painful relationship. But remember the old Chinese proverb: He who seeks revenge should first dig two graves.

I had an abusive ex & it's taken over two years to get over what he did to me. There are days when I want revenge, but I know it won't solve anything.
