If you don't need anything specifically, you should start out with a multi-vitamin/mineral. Make sure it's "cold pressed" meaning the vitamin is kept at it's most natural stage and has all it's beneficial ingredients and it can be absorbed in the body easily. A lot of vitamins from GNC and Walgreens etc............ arent' of good quality. If your' vitamins aren't of good quality, they are going in your mouth and out when you use the restroom and that's a waste of money. Your body has to be able to absorb the ingredients. Make sure you ask questions.

If you go to www.healthawarenessfoundation.org they have some brochures that explain "good" vitamins and what each does and I think they are pretty cheap. Maybe 10.00 for 25 of them. I don't know if you can buy them singly.
If you want one, I have one and I can mail it to you for nothing. Just let me know.

you should be aware that most vitamins sold in the USA are synthetic.Your body only recognizes food products, the rest are flushed as waste(such as synthetic vitamins). So what you you are looking for are natural whole food supplements that your body will accept as food.Check out www.dna911.info Great products that work for me.
