There has been a long history of US involvement in the Americas, stuff usually not taught at our schools like in theirs. America's supported coups, dictators and made profit from Latin America, which of course Latin America hasn't forgotten.
So although Bush isn't liked either, mainly for the Iraq war, it's mostly the wounds from the past that make Latin America unhappy with the US.

it is not Venezuela, the rustic, it rather is Hugo Chavez- you recognize the socialist dictator. when you consider that while can we care what some potential hungry fool (to boot Obama) thinks human beings? Did we injury his thoughts? Yeah, peace, guy! Oh, Kumbaya! What a crock. those peace protestors are cogs interior the gadget to abdicate US soveriegnty to the UN- HelltotheNO!!! And while they overthrow us, will there be "peace finally"? Nope, they are going to combat among themselves, war will unavoidably bypass on. war is guy's organic state, get used to it or be their beyotch. Putin is throwing a temper tantrum because of the fact it rather is an election twelve months. he's being a butt because of the fact he thinks it will result the election, as he's rooting for Obama so he can surely run over that pansy, he would not opt for somebody in place of work who can actual RUN the rustic like an person. And btw, how plenty "foreign places coverage" adventure does Obama have? Has he talked at length with regard to the "Bush Doctrine"? Nooooooo! EDIT: Do you rather recognize WHY we went to Iraq? It wasn't 9/11. Sadam replaced into construction a nuclear arsonal and refused to conform (being the sociopath he's) with UN sanctions and weapons inspectors. Letting Sadam stockpile nukes isn't a good ingredient!!! BTW, he's lifeless, so thank Bush for no longer letting the US grow to be a smoking crater.
