HARDY! HARDY! HARDY!

RVD isnt a good competitor, watching him in a match truly wastes your time...

Jeff Hardy probably going to win against RVD in a ladder match, because Jeff Hardy has more experience in ladder matches than any one else in the WWE. The match that proves his victory is the TLC match in Summer Slam I believe. I think he defeated the Dudley Boys while Jeff teamed up with Matt Hardy. When it comes to RVD, he's has no experience, and he's lame.

Jeff Hardy

Been there, done that. I think they've done like four or five already together. Or at least were involved with match and ladder in the same sentence. If I remember correctly, it was RVD's win over Jeff in a ladder match that united the Intercontinental championship with either the European or the Hardcore title.

So, Rob Van Damn is the correct answer.

It would be a good match but i reckon it would be better if more were involved in the match like RVD vs sabu vs AJ styles vs the fallen angle christopher daniels vs Jeff hardy vs Jimmy wang yang

They had a ladder match on RAW, July 22, 2002. It was the match that unified the European and Intercontinental titles.

RVD was the IC champ and Jeff was the European champ. RVD won the match, merging the two titles together and just calling it the Intercontinental title.
