I have a 2001 CBR929 that has been sitting for a while. I have been starting it regularly but one day it would not start but I was still getting neutral light to come on and could still here the electrical working on it when I turned the key on. I push started it and finally got it to start. I replaced the battery with a new one. Worked fine at first but now will not start and no electrical noise or neutral light coming on. Anyone know what It could be? Thank you for any help you might be able to assist me with! I did check fuses under the seat and all are still good.

Oh yes! I took the battery to the dealer that I got it from and they tested it saying that it is fully charged

I would do a voltage check to make sure your regulator/rectifier is good, make sure your battery connecions are good, other than that it could be a short somewhere.

Are you in the UK?

Without any lights or starter noise, sounds like the battery is dead. Did you charge the new battery before putting it in the bike? Some batteries require you to fully charge them before use. Failure to do this may result in a short battery life. I suggest trying to jump start the battery. If that doesn't work, buy a new battery, charge it overnight, and then try it in the bike the next day.

Do you get anything when you turn on the key? (tail, brake light, neutral, horn, F running lights)
If not, could be a bad ignition switch. With a test light, check if you have power at any of the fuses.

Could be a relay, or you may have a ground thats gotten rusted. I've had to take off my grounds and clean them before. I've also had a bad switch before too.
