im not to good in ballet, though i do take it, and i want to improve over the summer.
ive came to thought that i wanted to go into a sleepaway dance camp. but i want one of those camps that have people all across the world come. not like a YMCA camp, and only people in your area can go.
the price cant be too expensive and i need a camp that will allow beginners.
thanks.

You're not going to find a program that attracts international students and that also allows beginners. All of the well-known summer dance programs require an audition, and most of those took place during December, January and February. However, since you DO take ballet, you might look into the Cecchetti Council of America's International Summer School, which doesn't require an audition but needs a teacher's recommendation. The posted "acceptance requirements" state that "Participants are expected to be outstanding students of dance," but their students are essentially intermediate level.

The website is here:

Another intermediate program is Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, but their auditions are done for this year:

Same for Interlochen Arts Camp:

Each program has different requirements. some you must audition for, and you need to be pretty advanced in technique. Some will only take intermediate or advanced placements. You will just have to search to find what you are looking for.

I know that Idyllwild has programs that are 2 weeks in length, and I believe they are open to everyone no matter their training level. Look here:

Here is a directory of summer programs by state:

Good luck!

Sorry to allow you to already know yet there rather isn't. Menstruation is a organic factor, and basically a disturbance interior the hormones (which you haven't any longer have been given any administration over) could make your era come faster or later. the only factor which will usually shrink to rubble my era is stress yet like a crap load volume of stress which may make my era around 2-4 months late.
