You can get to KL Sentral by taking the Pasar Seni LRT service, which is about 15 minutes walk from Puduraya.
An alternative (longer, more tiring and cost you a little bit of $$$) is to take the Plaza Rakyat Star LRT to Masjid Jamek and switch to Putra LRT service which leads to KL Sentral.

No! Don't go to Puduraya LRT station. It should be Plaza Rakyat LRT station which is just next to the Puduraya bus station.
You just need to walk to Plaza Rakyat LRT station from the Puduraya bus station and then take the train to Masjid Jamek, which is just a station away. Then from Masjid Jamek, you interchange to PUTRA LRT to go to KL Sentral.

you can get to KL Sentral from Puduraya bus station by bus. just take a short walk from Puduraya bus station to Kotaraya which is just 50 metres away from the bus station (wait at the bus stop opposite of Kotaraya) & board the RapidKL bus no 110 (KL Sentral - Medan Pasar). the bus will take you all the way to KL Sentral & best of all, it's only MYR 2.00 compared to LRT which will cost you a little bit more.

Walk to majid jamek or pasar seni is about 15 min from puduraya then take putra LTR to KL sentral.

first u take LRT at Puduraya to Masjid Jamek..then u change train and take Putra Lrt to KL Sentral..the cost is less than RM5..i hope this will help u..
